About the Company
Launched in late 2021 to serve frontline workers, ARC was born out of the consumer-facing technology that phone charging provider ChargeItSpot brought to market in 2012. ARC is a device management solution integrated with smart lockers, designed to store, secure, and charge company-owned handheld devices (i.e., by Zebra, Honeywell, etc.) that frontline workers use to do their jobs and perform their core job functions (e.g., for package scanning, inventory lookup, task management, mobile point of sale, etc.).
Clients turn to ARC because they find that it is extremely difficult to manage and maintain their investment in enterprise mobile devices post purchase. There's a ton of waste from legacy, manual processes. Devices frequently go missing (25% annually), stop working, or run out of power – costing payroll time, money and productivity. ARC virtually eliminates these issues, ensuring that devices are functional, charged and not missing -- all while improving productivity and experience for ground teams.
Market demand for ARC has been overwhelming and the company has been growing rapidly. Device management has been a huge unmet need for decades with a problem space that is deceptively nuanced, complex and costly. ARC is uniquely positioned to solve these problems given its decade of relevant technical expertise with ChargeItSpot phone-charging lockers, our legacy mobile device product. ARC builds upon ChargeItSpot’s competencies and has carried over expertise like IP (protected by 8 patents and counting), deep technical know-how, and real-world experience gained while solving similar problems in a live field environment.

About the Role
ARC by ChargeItSpot is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting on a part time basis. This role owns the recruiting process from job posting through offer or turndown, including offer compensation coordination. You will partner closely with hiring managers, and Director of People and Culture to deliver a strong candidate experience while maintaining speed and rigor.
Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for assigned roles across corporate, technical, and operational functions
- Post, manage, and refresh job postings across approved platforms
- Proactively source candidates when needed
- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess experience, role fit, and motivation
- Manage candidates through the interview process from screen to offer or turndown
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and current data in the applicant tracking system
- Draft and deliver candidate offers and turndown communications
- Ensure a high quality, respectful candidate experience at every stage
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements compensation, and hiring priorities
- Identify recruiting risks, bottlenecks, and market feedback early
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of recruiting experience, either in house or agency
- Demonstrated experience running full cycle recruiting independently
- Strong screening judgment and candidate assessment skills
- Experience managing multiple open roles at the same time
- Hands on experience maintaining an applicant tracking system
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in software, hardware, or product driven businesses
- Experience supporting fast growth or scaling organizations
- Comfort operating in a lean, evolving environment

Remote or hybrid possible for the right candidate. Location to be discussed. We are headquartered in Philadelphia, PA and the team operates in East Coast business hours.
